Superfoods To Prevent Anti Aging

The right diet can help you to prevent wrinkle, boost up memory, and prevent illness. And these superfoods has the ability to make you look and feel younger:

1. Olive Oil
Olive oil and other Mediterranean foods  can help to prevent wrinkle or at least further skin aging. Resveratrol that found in red wine and grape’s skin also helps to fight wrinkle.

2. Sunflowers Seeds
They are rich in copper content that helps to stave off grays. Because the loss of hair color is due to decline in melanin production and that may be a result of copper deficiency. The foods that also high in copper are crabs, oysters, cashews, and almonds.

Oily fish such as herring, salmon, and mackerel rich in omega 3 fatty acids that can helps reduces the risk of prostate cancer in men, keeps your heart healthy, and lower blood pressure and cholesterol level. Tofu helps to prevents hair thinning because its biotin contents. Biotin generally found in soy products, liver, and eggs.

6. Hot peppers
Hot spices can keep your body burning and increase your metabolism. Hot peppers such as cayenne and jalapeno contains capcaisin which can increase your heart rate and speed up your calorie burn. 7. Lean protein

8. Water
To fight off dehydration you should drink plenty of water and limit caffeine and alcoholic beverages. 8 glass of water a day is good enough but it may depends on your physical activity and climate. For extra protection find a moisturizer that contains honey, coconut oil, and cocoa butter.
