Now day’s fatness problem increase very fast in 5-10 years old children. This fatness problem control is most important target every parents because they are controlling eating habits. This fatness problem has seen high level in U.S. children. Most of U.S. children overweight and at least one-third are considered to be obese. They are suffering these problems because they eat unhealthy food on young age that’s it create bad effect in every kids ages 5-10 years body. Most parents who daily expose their kids to processed frozen foods, fast food and nutrition depleted diets should quickly change their child’s diet.

Good vitamin food is very important to 5-10 years children and also a fruits and vegetables, lots of calcium for growing bones, lean meat, less on fatty foods, cereals, dairy products, vitamin tablets and fish are a good foundation. Every parents should suggest children for right way to eat, good healthy food and hopefully because it’s important children health.
