Health-Diet to maintain Good Health

In order to maintain good heath, healthy diet in an important tool which may helps to improve the health by providing important nutrients. Healthy diet is important for prevention of health risk like cancer, obesity, diabetes and heart diseases. Healthy diet consists of all nutrients from different food and adequate amount of water. Healthy diets should have balance between macronutrients and micronutrients which meets the human needs.
Human nutrition is the way by which humans can obtain all necessary material to maintain his health. Human nutrition consists of healthy food which may include carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins Protein, fiber and water.
Carbohydrates, fats and protein forms macronutrients which help to provide structural material which is used to generate energy and vitamins and minerals form micronutrient which does not provide energy. Macronutrients are needed in larger amount and micronutrients are needed in lesser amount. Grain based products are the main source of carbohydrates which is important in macronutrients.
Proper Healthy Diet should consist of:-
1. Grains.
2. Green vegetables
3. Fruits
4. Milk to provide calcium.
5. Meat and Beans to provide protein

All this important nutrients should be consumed regularly with adequate amount of water like 8-10 Glasses per day. This healthy diet proves useful in forming Good health free from many diseases.
